Back bacon (lean)


Served with mushrooms egg and fried slice, and of course a lovely hot cup of tea.

There is an Irish sausage called "White Pudding", I think I'm starting to like it more.

There is a pub in Mountain View, Ca, called the St Stephens Green, which serves a great English breakfast at lunch time. They call it a mixed grill (which is an English dish actually) and they add lamb chop to the mix. Lovely.
